A very interesting way of making cork clutch spacers for a Czechoslovak Jawa motorcycle. The use of appropriate glue and the precision of making the plugs placed inside the disc tiles are of great importance. If you could get a precise punch for these plugs, you could dispense with gluing. A useful idea that needs to be tested (!). Congratulations and best regards 💖👋😀.

This appears to be a later model 81-82? Was there an issue with the stator? As the stators seem to be unavailable, has anyone converted back to the earlier points version?

This is a real restoration, not sprayed on muddy water on a slightly used vehicle!!

Excellent work, the point who you polished the motor 's side cover ant you add polish protection to keep the chrome effect was very nice. But at my poor opinion if the wheel rims was polished and no painted the chrome plate maybe was more "luxury" effect. Anyway BRAVO❤👍👏👏👏

Hey i dont know if you can get this type of paint, but i know its really high in humidity where you live i would suggest a zinc based primer. The zinc saves the base metal from rust. But dang dude you are awesome!!!!

Не єстетично в е красить в один цвет нет такой изюминки ,теряется весь вид вроде все хорошо отчистил краску ттесь цвет в мотоцикле должен бить комбенирован , стакани на передней вилке ,еребристие под еталик ,руль щотки колесние двигатель нельзя все заливать одним цветом у тебя што фантазии нет подбири на компютере сочетаие цветов деталей мотоцикла и будеш видить как лутше конечная доработка мастера е о литцо специалиста которий произвел роботу ,а если ти роботу делаеш под заказ нкжно так виполнить штоб било много било желающих к тибе штоб именно ти розукрасил все когда оно однотонно виглядит очень грусно и не привлекательно ,а когда комбинирована покраска и правельно подобранние цвета под детали все пр вьекательно ивеселенько

Шпаклевку нужно зачищать с водой лутше шлифуется и нету пили незабивается шлифовальная шкурка и результат плавней перехот метал шпаклевка ,од н раз воспользуйся моим советом ,я когда такие роботи провожу у еня пластиковая бутилочка 0,5 л я в кришке делаю 10 отверствий 1мм ижержу губку паралоновую из губки водичка у ходит и спливает вся пиль итакже обрабативаемое есто смивмю гораздо виднее результат ,шпаклюю тремя шпаклевками на те еста где свартчние шви или недостаточно идеально вдалось о рехтовать я начинаю стекловолокнистой прохожу в е грубие изьяни потом универсальной ,и уже после гунтовки если просматриваются какие точки довожу филером и нульовкой с водичкой немного и получаю практчески зеркало готовое под покраску ,стекловолокнисоя шпаклюю пластик после сварки ,варю автомобильние бампери всякие заглушки кришки всякую облитцовку со скуттров там варю и армириваю пролочкой зач щеной змейкой уплавляю вдоль по шве и потом стекловолокнистой всю сварку прхожу все зачищаю с водой промил всн водой после полного висихания прхожу легко феном штоб убидиься в полной сухости и потом универсальной ,после если обнарухл какую точку то филером заглади нулевкос водой готово под покраску такой метод проверен годами больше 25 лет

So you washed it. Big deal. As a person who restores bikes alb the time, this is a fake video. Anybody can paint a bike in dirtyvwster and make it look like shit. I've taken bikes genuinely dirty from years of neglect and washed them snd they nearly looked new. But the fact that you're bike isn't even that old and genuinely couldn't be in that condition after s few years just cements the fact that your a liar. Just show us the bike in its genuinely original condition and you will at least have respect of genuine bike restorers. I don't doubt your skills but you try to hard to make people believe them when you don't need to. I soo one snapshot of your video snd I scroll on because I know its bullshit.
